Job summary

Talentify in Ada, OK is seeking a patient transport associate to safely move patients and staff to appointments and events. You will ensure seat belts are used, maintain clean vehicles, and complete transportation documents.

You will respond to on-call needs, drive company vehicles to pick up supplies, uphold safety standards, and provide empathetic customer service while protecting patient safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility.

Responsibilities

• Pick up or transports visitors or staff as needed.
• Transport patients for admissions and discharges.
• Assure that all passengers are wearing seatbelts before the vehicle is started.
• Drive company facility vehicle to pick-up supplies or equipment, as needed.
• Respond and adhere to “on call” schedule as required.
• Accurately and appropriately complete all transportation documentation.
• Maintain vehicle log(s) and report maintenance issues to appropriate facility staff.
• Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean and functional.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.
