Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for Dispatcher roles at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Positions available as full-time or per diem with shifts from 3:00 pm–11:00 pm or 11:00 pm–7:00 am and rotating weekends. No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors Patient Transportation services through dispatch and management of transport requests.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Directs the activity of the transport function and transporters to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitors availability and completion of tasks, follows up on issues related to service and operations.
• Ensures requests are addressed efficiently and in a timely manner per departmental standards.
