Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City seeks a CDL Driver to support the safe and timely transport of patients, staff, supplies, and equipment between MSK locations. This role offers steady hours, benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to patient care across campuses.

You will greet passengers, assist with directions, track trips via a transport app, and help with wheelchair transport when needed.

Qualifications

CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement required.
Current Medical Examiner’s Certification required.
Defensive Driving certification preferred or willingness to complete training.
Ability to follow safety procedures, schedules, and written instructions.

Responsibilities

Transport patients, staff, supplies, equipment, and materials between MSK locations.
Pick up and return MSK vehicles from designated areas, including off-site parking in Manhattan.
Greet passengers respectfully and assist patients and families with directions as needed.
Track trips using a transport application and complete scheduled pick-up and drop-off routes.
Assist with wheelchair transport when required.
Clean and sanitize vehicle high-touch areas during the shift.
Inspect vehicles before use to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
