Responsibilities

• Assist nursing/ancillary staff in transferring patients between beds, stretchers, or wheelchairs.
• Educate and train new staff in Care Team Associate responsibilities.
• Perform duties delegated by nursing staff and unit management in routine and emergent situations.
• Enter information accurately into bed-management system.
• Transport patients to tests, transfers and discharges.
• Handle and maintain medical equipment and supply carts.
• Assist with radiology/clinical equipment as needed.
