Dyer Nursing and Rehab in Dyer, Indiana is seeking a Bus Driver to join our team. You will safely transport patients and staff to and from the facility, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and assist patients with mobility as needed.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. Prior bus driving experience is preferred in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
