Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Transport Aide to support multiple units within the Needham campus. The position features 10-hour shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM with every other weekend rotation.
You will transport patients, assist into wheelchairs or stretchers, respond to pages promptly, maintain safety and body mechanics, and report observations to the nurse to help ensure high-quality patient care and smooth unit operations.

Job Summary: Performs a variety of duties including transportation, stocking supplies and as assigned to help ensure the smooth functioning of all units. 10 hours shifts - 1:00pm - 11:30pm - Every other weekend rotation.
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds of force frequently. Work is physically demanding and requires extended periods of standing and/or moving.
$17.00 - $22.88 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
