Job summary

UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a part-time night-shift specialist to provide clinical and technical real-time support at the onsite Virtual Health Center PTT. Education is not required, and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities include responding to clinical support requests, monitoring equipment, routine cleaning, and adhering to lean processes. Pay ranges from $18.83 to $28.25 per hour and this is an onsite role with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Education: None required.
• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
• BLS/CPR: BLS card valid through sixty days of hire.

Department: UCHlth Virtual Hlth Center PTT

Work Schedule: Part Time, 24.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights - from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am. One shift per week.

Pay: $18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response

• Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.

• Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.

• Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Education: None required.

• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.

• Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.

• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
