Job summary

UCHealth University of Colorado Health's Virtual Health Center is seeking an onsite clinical support technician for the PTT team. This role provides real time clinical and technical support in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

You will respond to clinical support requests, monitor equipment, and perform routine cleaning and inventory. A BLS certification is required within 30 days; telemetry or CNA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• No education required.
• BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred telemetry or CNA experience.
• BLS/CPR card must be valid through 60 days after hire.

Shift

Days -From 7:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Pay

$18.83 - $28.25 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.

Responsibilities

• Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
• Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
• Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
• Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

• Education: None required.
• Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
  Minimum Experience: None required. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
