• Two or more years’ experience in patient support or equivalent role.
• One or more years’ experience as a lead or supervisory role.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

• Provide medical or therapeutic care under physician instructions.
• Coordinate work and activities of staff, set performance expectations.
• Guide and develop staff, build trust and cooperation.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and basic health care.
• Observe, counsel and teach patients, promoting wellness.
• Oversee admitting and discharging processes.
• Monitor patient well-being and maintain progress records.
• Encourage patient participation in social/recreational activities.
