Virtua Health is seeking a Patient Relations role at our Mount Holly site to act as a liaison between patients, families, staff and surgeons. You will help resolve complaints and document outcomes while supporting patient rights and care quality.
The role emphasizes strong communication, conflict resolution and the ability to adapt under pressure in a hospital setting. You will work two 8-hour shifts per week, totalling 0.4 FTE, with the first shift in the United States schedule.

Tuesday and Friday 0800-1630, two 8‑hour shifts per week, 0.4 FTE
Assists the Patient Relations Manager and functions in a patient/hospital/staff liaison role, with a goal of improved communications and complaint resolution.
Supports Patient Relations department in various capacities as needed to improve patient satisfaction.
Medical terminology and electronic medical record experience is preferred.
Customer service/Patient Experience background is also preferred.
Must have a general understanding of hospital and healthcare services.
Possess positive interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Must have the ability to provide conflict resolution and adapt easily to all situations, functioning well under stress.
HS diploma or equivalent required.
Hourly Rate: $18.89 - $27.81The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
