Virtua Health’s Mount Holly location seeks a part-time Patient Relations Liaison to support the Patient Relations Manager and enhance communications among patients, families, staff and surgeons.

Schedule: Tuesday and Friday 0800-1630, two 8‑hour shifts per week, 0.4 FTE Summary: Assists the Patient Relations Manager and functions in a patient/hospital/staff liaison role, with a goal of improved communications and complaint resolution. Supports Patient Relations department in various capacities as needed to improve patient satisfaction.
Medical terminology and electronic medical record experience is preferred. Customer service/Patient Experience background is also preferred. Must have a general understanding of hospital and healthcare services. Possess positive interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Must have the ability to provide conflict resolution and adapt easily to all situations, functioning well under stress.
HS diploma or equivalent required.
$18.89 - $27.81 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
