The Patient Support Services Supervisor 1 in the Radiology Department at UC Davis Health oversees daily operations, managing a team of reading room and film library assistants to ensure seamless 24/7 imaging services. This role includes staff supervision, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation, along with technical management of digital imaging systems (PACS, EMR) and exceptional customer service to address complaints and resolve conflicts.

The position serves as a key liaison between clinical staff, physicians, and administrative personnel. The role involves supervisory, technical, clerical, and customer service responsibilities to ensure smooth departmental operations and exemplary patient care. • Experience within healthcare or medical office setting.

Work Environment
