Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston Hospital is seeking a Patient Support Assistant to join our front desk and administrative team. This role supports phone coverage, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification in a busy medical office.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, in Evanston. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are required; typing speed of 20 wpm is also requested.

• Certification: N/A.
• Experience: One year of related experience is required; previous administrative experience in a medical office preferred; Insurance knowledge preferred.
• Skills: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute required.
