Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials in the United States is seeking a Patient and Site Engagement Manager to define, embed, and scale patient-focused planning within study planning and delivery. You will generate insights at indication and trial level to anticipate barriers to participation and tailor support strategies for patients and sites.

The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to map patient journeys, assess site needs, and mitigate risks with concrete actions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transferrable experience in medical, healthcare, scientific or related field, with preference for patient engagement, recruitment & retention, feasibility or site-study coordination research roles.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice principles.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Feasibility assessment during proposals, including Study Burden Analysis and Patient/Site insights to incorporate patient-focused risks.
• Develop bespoke Patient and Site support strategies to meet customer needs and articulate value.
• Present at bid defenses or client meetings as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to capture and share patient experience data to inform strategy.
