Your role as a Patient Services Supervisor

As a Patient Services Supervisor at Minnesota Urology, you will be at the forefront of delivering optimal, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Your primary responsibility will involve organizing and coordinating our dedicated patient services staff and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery. Collaborating closely with Clinical Services supervisors and managers, you will help create a consistent, positive experience for patients across all our locations. Additionally, you will serve as an expert resource for Practice Management and EHR software, ensuring mastery of these essential tools.

A minimum of five years in a clinical setting, with a preference for specialty practice, is essential. Ideal applicants will have at least three years of experience in staff supervision, covering vital areas such as scheduling, performance management, and training.

Multi-clinic supervisory experience will be advantageous. A background in healthcare management, along with a relevant certification, will strengthen your candidacy. A Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
