Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to join the One Revenue Cycle team, supporting revenue cycle systems and processes across Providence organizations to help deliver compassionate patient care.

This role emphasizes accurate registration, responsive customer service, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on teamwork within Providence's mission of Know me, care for me, ease my way.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or healthcare registration.
  • Preference for coursework in medical terminology or medical assistant.
  • CHAA certification upon hire.
  • CRCS certification upon hire.
  • Registrar and third-party payor experience.

Required Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of Customer service or healthcare registration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework/Training: Some college level course work particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance coursework.
  • Upon hire: National Certification of CHAA
  • Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
  • Registrar and third-party payor experience.

Providence has been serving the Inland Northwest since 1886 when Mother Joseph and the Sisters of Providence founded Sacred Heart Medical Center. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $17.45 - $26.73
