Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or healthcare registration experience; coursework in medical terminology and professional certifications are preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Some college level course work particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance coursework.
• Upon hire: National Certification of CHAA
• Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
• Registrar and third-party payor experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
