LHH Recruitment Solutions has several Patient Services Specialist positions open with our client in the following FL locations: Melbourne, Rockledge, Malabar, Palm Bay & Cocoa Beach. These are onsite, contract roles for three months.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient check in and out processes
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments
• Verify patient insurance coverage
• Collect co-pay and payment information
• Respond to patient phone calls, providing information and assistance

Education/Experience

• High school diploma plus two years of medical office experience required

Knowledge/Skills

• Proficiency in EPIC required
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week (8 AM - 5 PM)
• $18-20/hr
