Job summary

Valley View ENT Clinic in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for patients in the front office, delivering friendly reception and coordinating patient flow. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Description

Valley View's ENT Clinic is seeking an energetic, full-time, patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred!

Responsibilitiesincludeproviding patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls forthe office manager, physicians, and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

Scheduleis working 40-hours per week; Monday - Friday

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Receptionist/clerical experience required
• Patient care background preferred
• Experience in aclinical settinghighly preferred.

SALARY RANGE

Entry salary dependent upon education, skill-set, and experience
