SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation, ensuring a smooth start to each visit at our imaging centers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work in Sun City West, AZ. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience with EMR/PM systems.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and verify insurance information at check-in/check-out.
• Process demographics, insurance information, medical histories, consent forms, and payments accurately.
• Support front desk operations and scheduling to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams to ensure excellent patient experiences
