SimonMed Imaging seeks a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation with accuracy and care.

In a fast-paced imaging center, you will greet patients, collect demographics, schedule, and support patient flow to start every visit smoothly and maintain a positive experience across clinics.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset, with 1+ year in patient access or similar roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, patient access, or medical front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

You're a Strong Fit if You Have
