SimonMed Imaging in Arizona is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to guide patients through admission, verify insurance, and process documentation. You will greet patients and ensure a smooth, accurate start to each visit, contributing to a positive patient experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to quality patient care and efficient operations.

Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care.

You're a Strong Fit if You Have

• 1+ years of customer service, patient access, medical office, or call center experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare registration processes preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EMR/PM systems preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
