Qualifications

• Minimum of High School or GED required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to patients and handles scheduling and insurance verification.
• Obtains required patient information to establish new patient records and assist pre-authorizations.
• Verifies insurance coverage and ensures accurate demographic data for billing and EMR entries.
• Schedules appointments and radiological tests across physician sites based on patient needs.
• Communicates with staff and patients to coordinate care and manage delays.
