The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration, check-in, and clinical support duties.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm at our Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Coon Rapids, and Otsego locations.
Twin Cities Orthopedics, an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), is a group of local medical practices owned and led by physicians, committed to giving patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
- Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID
- Verify and document insurance information according to current business practices
- Schedule new and existing patients accurately and promptly in the practice management system
- Communicate relevant information to patients, including appointment details, directions, check-in times, referral info, and copayments
- Prepare and manage patient charts
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare plan requirements and networks
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
- Rotate duties as Switchboard Operator, handling calls, coordinating interpreters, and patient referrals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Customer Service experience required
- Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred

- Starting pay varies based on education, skills, and experience
