South Shore Orthodontics is looking to add a Patient Services Representative to the team! The Patient Services Representative is responsible for welcoming visitors, checking patients in and out for their appointments, answering incoming calls, and scheduling future appointments. They will perform administrative duties necessary to ensure the orthodontic practice is running smoothly. The primary location for this position is Weymouth, with travel required to Hanover and Cohasset offices as needed. The average weekly hours of this position is 32.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of general administrative practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office preferred
  • Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Experience with dental practice management software
