Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Southington, CT. The role supports the Rehab Manager by answering phones, scheduling appointments, directing patients, maintaining records, and coordinating billing and admissions/discharges.

Located at 45 Meriden Ave Southington, this Mon-Fri hours prn position offers opportunities for growth within our network and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience in an administrative support position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High level of proficiency with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, direct patients, and maintain records.
• Coordinate billing and insurance; manage admissions and discharges.
• Organize and maintain records in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Patient Service Representative reports to the Rehab Manager and supports the operation by organizing and maintaining records of all activity in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Will answer phones, schedule appointments, direct patients, maintain records, coordinate billing and insurance and manage admissions and discharges.
