Twin Cities Orthopedics is hiring a Patient Services Representative for our Eden Prairie location, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. This full-time, on-site role focuses on patient registration, check-in, insurance verification, and scheduling.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel, and strong customer service skills. You will greet patients, collect payments, manage charts, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Description

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration and check in as well as clinical support duties

This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM out of our Eden Prairie location.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID for Occupational Health and MRI patients
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the practice management systems
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including: appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments

Education and Experience

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Working Conditions

• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day).
