A leading healthcare provider in the Greater Pittsburgh area is seeking a Full-Time Patient Services Representative. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and collaboration. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to quality care and community service while navigating patient needs and financial responsibilities.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with 1 rotating evening shift per week. No weekends or holidays!
Location: Greater Pittsburgh OB/GYN - 969 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. This position requires travel within a 30-mile radius to support staffing needs at other GPOB offices as needed.
Department Details: Greater Pittsburgh OB/GYN is a large, fast-paced outpatient OB/GYN office serving patients across the Greater Pittsburgh region and its communities.

The Patient Services Representative welcomes patients, promotes consumer-friendly technologies, educates about copayments and financial obligations, collects payments, schedules appointments, connects patients to resources, updates patient information, and fosters a culture of service excellence. They ensure patients and families have a positive UPMC experience across all settings.
