UCI is currently looking for a patient service representative (PSR) to join our team. The PSR greets patients, assists our patients with paperwork, maintains the sign-in sheet, and the overall appearance of the front office. The PSR also ensures the accuracy of the patient’s demographics, enters charges into the system, and collects co-payments as needed.
