Corewell Health seeks a Part-time Patient Access Coordinator to assist patients, providers, and staff with access to services. You will greet patients, handle registrations, schedule follow-ups, and document calls in the EHR.
The role emphasizes excellent service and adherence to corporate standards. Responsibilities include admission and check-out tasks, maintaining records in EPIC, and contributing to safety initiatives.
This full-time position requires availability during weekday hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and weekend hours between 11:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.
Assist and educate patients, providers, medical office staff, and/or Health system staff with accessing services, facilitating and resolving problems, understanding navigation questions. Consistently create an exceptional experience with each contact, via inbound and outbound calls, online chat, email, etc. Adheres to established procedure and quality guidelines in support of Patient Access Services Center performance indicators, as well as Corporate values and codes of excellence.
