US Fertility seeks a Patient Services Representative for IVF Florida in Jensen Beach, FL. You will welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records while providing compassionate service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year in medical office settings, and knowledge of insurance/benefits and medical terminology. Experience in women's health or fertility is a plus, with a supportive, team-focused environment.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at IVF Florida in Jensen Beach, Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and the ability to float to additional office locations if needed

• Welcome patients and visitors to the office

• Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary
• Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• High school diploma; Associates degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
• Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred
• Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment
