The US Oncology Network is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Texas Oncology. This full-time position will support the Cedar Park location with occasional coverage for the Leander and Marble Falls locations as needed. This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm position with no weekends, call, or major holidays.
This position can be a level 1, 2, or Sr based on candidate experience.

Under general supervision, is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Responds to all incoming scheduling calls with timely and accurate resolutions. May include outside scheduling and/or surgical scheduling responsibilities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
