Overview: The US Oncology Network's Texas Oncology is hiring a Patient Services Representative to support the Gynecology Oncology department in South Austin. This full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5 pm, no weekends or holidays) may be level 1, 2, or Sr depending on experience.
The role focuses on front‑office operations, insurance coordination, scheduling, and patient financial counseling, ensuring compliance with the US Oncology Compliance Program.
Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent; 0–3 years of medical‑office experience.
Level 2: Minimum 3–5 years of medical‑office experience (in addition to Level 1 requirements).
Level Sr: Minimum five years of medical‑office experience (in addition to Levels 1 and 2).
Employee will sit for most of the shift; use hands for typing, handling documents, and use light lifting up to 30 lb. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
