Job Summary

This position serves as Patient Services Representative in the Business Office service centre providing a variety of financial and clerical support functions to ensure the optimal operation of the department to include Access Registration, Scheduling, posting financial transactions; debits, credits, process refunds, etc. as needed, working specific work queues, and any other assigned functions related to Revenue Cycle operations.

Two days onsite at Kuakini Med Ctr in Honolulu, Hawaii

Location:

Remote + Onsite - Kuakini Med Ctr in Honolulu, Hawaii

Required Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Two days onsite at Kuakini Med Ctr in Honolulu, Hawaii

Position Summary

The Registration Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience through accurate registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and collection of patient payments. This role supports efficient hospital or clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Demands
