Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Representative for the Crystal Lake clinic. This full-time role supports front-desk operations, patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling in a busy medical practice.
You will also handle billing tasks, liaise with patients and staff, and maintain patient confidentiality. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of customer service experience; preferred is knowledge of medical terminology

**This is a Full Time position at 38 hours per week located at the Crystal Lake clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, plus an occasional Saturday.**
