Radiology Ltd. is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to join our team at the La Cholla site in Tucson, AZ. You will play a key role in the patient experience, greeting patients, registering them, and handling data entry and payments in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required at time of hiring.
• One to two years medical office experience or related education helpful but not required.
• Must be able to pass General Skills Assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients through the registration process.
• Building accounts and creating necessary forms.
• Processing paperwork and entering patient data.
• Collecting co-pays and payments on self-pay accounts.
