Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments across locations.
• Obtain authorizations and enter data into scheduling systems.
• Provide front-desk customer service and greet patients.
• Coordinate with clinicians and other staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and review pre-visit charts and documentation.
