Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers and collects patient trays during meal service and assists with nourishments as ordered.
• Communicate patient food needs to the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
• Ensure nutrition diet care orders are followed with appropriate menu selections.
• Maintain sanitation; perform cleaning tasks and restock pantries/refrigerators.
• Monitor temperature logs and assist clinical staff in meeting patient nutrition needs.
