Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring a full-time Patient Services Manager (Patient Dining - RD Preferred) at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. In this role, you will manage a team of approximately 40 employees in our Patient Call Center and participate in all daily patient services operations.

What You'll Do

1. Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding, including service recovery.
2. Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience.
3. Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and tray accuracy.
4. Exceed Sodexo standards and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits.
5. Manage functions including direct supervision of hourly associates and employee development.
