Sodexois seeking aPatient Services Manager 2to join our team atLawrence + Memorial Hospital, located inNew London, CT. This community-based hospital has an average daily census of225beds, and Sodexo supports both patient dining and retail food services onsite.

As thePatient Services Manager 2, you will play a vital role in overseeing patient meal service operations, ensuring excellent customer service, quality food presentation, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will report to the Area General Manager and lead a team of approximately 25 frontline employees, driving performance through effective leadership, coaching, and staff engagement.This is an evening shift with rotating weekends.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of patient meal services including bedside meal ordering and service delivery.

• Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve concerns in real time.

• Collaborate with culinary and retail teams to support a 7-day cafeteria operation, including a rotating entrée menu, salad bar, and grab-and-go offerings.

• Provide leadership during evening shifts, generally working a schedule that starts between 11:00am – 12:00pm and concludes by 8:00pm(hours may vary per needs of business).

• Partner closely with other Patient Service Managers

• Support departmental initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
