Overview

Rock Star Patient Food Services Manager – Metz Culinary Management is growing and has openings for a Patient Food Services Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. The PSM plans, coordinates and manages all in-room Patient Dining. The primary focus is the leadership of the Server Team and oversight of the Patient Experience, ensuring amazing food, unexpected service, and the ability to engage with patients to utilize the ordering system and assist in menu selections with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

The Patient Services Manager functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to support nutrition care plans. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. While experience in Patient Food Services is ideal, candidates with backgrounds in Restaurant General Manager roles who demonstrate hospitality-minded leadership are also encouraged to apply.
