Responsibilities

• Check in patients.
• Reschedule patients if necessary.
• Verify patients insurance by scanning proper documentation.
• Explain to patients our forms.
• Answer calls.
• Monitor waiting time.
• Call patients that requires hand carrying X-rays.
• Collect co-pays.
• Direct patients to imaging center, hand center, PT and other offices.
• Route documents faxed to us and from us.
• Aide patients with special needs (wheelchairs).
• Comply with HIPPA laws and regulations.
