PathGroup is seeking a Patient Service Floater to support daily phlebotomy activities in the Patient Service Center or in-office settings. The role requires travel to client locations and interaction with patients, clients and PathGroup staff while performing specimen collection and processing in line with established procedures.
Travel is required, with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and adherence to safety and privacy policies.
Patient Service Floater under the direction of the area supervisor performs daily phlebotomy activities of the Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-office Patient Service Technician (PST) accurately and on time. Patient Services Floater works assisting with coverage of client locations as needed. Travel is required. The person in this position interacts with the client, patients, and other PathGroup personnel in a professional and courteous manner and performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
