Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Schedule appointments and handle inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Maintain complete patient records and organize front office area.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support front office tasks when downtime occurs (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Liaise between patients, staff and other departments; ensure clean, organized reception.
