Job Summary

Position is for outgoing / radiology authorizations referral coordinator

Responsible for processing referrals at least 50% of the time and/or performing Dimensions super-user functions such as practice support with EPIC or working the miscellaneous work queues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Proficiency with medical office software, understanding of CPT and ICD9-CM coding, excellent communication skills, organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work with diverse populations, confidentiality, teamwork, initiative, and medical terminology knowledge.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in all practice-related computer software.
