Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, TN is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to welcome kids and caregivers, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience is preferred, but we will train the right person!
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

• Welcoming kiddos and caregivers at the front desk and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient flow to maintain a kid-friendly environment.
