Job summary

Avera St Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a PRN Front Desk / Registration Clerk to be the first point of contact for patients. You will handle scheduling, registration, and care team coordination to ensure smooth patient flow and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintains timely flow of patients by coordinating appointment scheduling.

• Answer multi-line phone, route calls promptly, and alert urgent issues.
• Assist providers and nurses with support duties and document handling.
