The Clinic Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient clinic operations, patient scheduling, and compliance with insurance and registration procedures.
JOB DUTIES
Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information at every point of contact.
Assist patients with Medicaid applications, including Newborn Add-On, MPE, and CountyCare enrollment.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments according to established procedures.
Call no-show patients within 24 hours to reschedule appointments.

This position involves extensive patient contact, increasing the risk of exposure to tuberculosis (TB). Employees are required to comply with annual TB testing and flu vaccination policies.
