Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) seeks a Patient Services Specialist to support the medical clinic’s front office operations. You will rotate through “stations,” learn every duty, and assist teammates to ensure smooth workflows.

Strong copywriting and editing skills, attention to detail, and organization are required. The role emphasizes high-quality patient service, multi-site coordination, and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required.
• Previous Experience: Experience in the healthcare field is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail with strong ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.

Responsibilities

• Handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic.
• Learn and perform all duties of all front office stations.
• Assist co-workers in performing every job duty of a PSS at all times.
• Be highly organized with ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated strong copywriting and editing skills are essential.
