Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to support a medical clinic's front office. The role involves performing duties across multiple stations and assisting coworkers with all front office tasks.

The position requires strong copywriting and editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Monday–Friday daytime hours with travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the healthcare field is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Handle clerical duties at a medical clinic and support front office operations.
• Learn and perform all duties of every front office station as needed.
• Demonstrate strong copywriting/editing skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
